The Chairman’s Circle is the highest award that ReeceNichols offers, and signifies a high level of commitment to expertise and professionalism in the local real estate community. We first achieved this award in 2014 by selling over $25 Million in volume. Each year since, we’ve exceeded the last and grown to nearly double in sales volume.

Having started his real estate career in 2002, Charles is basically the Father of Real Estate. He told me not to write that, although he may have admitted to “caring too much.” Charles is the one you trust to lead you in the right direction when you are making the biggest investment of your life. His level head, wisdom, knowledge of the industry, and impressive portfolio has made him one of the most successful agents in the Northland (Of course, he’s too humble to tell you that). SeAnne has been a real estate professional since 2005, and it’s noticeable in her knowledge, confidence and loyalty to those she serves. After a great career as a middle school science teacher, I transitioned into real estate in 2022 following in my dad’s giant footsteps. Joining my dad, Charles Small, and the other agents on The Small Team, has given me a strong foundation in the nitty gritty of real estate. With the resources of a high performing team, combined with my background in education, I enjoy guiding clients with patience, clarity, and care. I’m proud to be a part of a family legacy and team legacy that highly values trust, good service, and long-term relationships. Being a lifetime “Northlander” (of the KC area) myself, I have a great appreciation for our local communities and all they have to offer! Outside of “work,” I enjoy being a mom to my two children, Reed and Riley, and a wife to my high school sweetheart and best friend, Jared. As a family, we spend most of our time making memories at the lake with friends and family.
