TESTIMONIALS

Our clients love us. But don’t just take our word for it.

Realtors You Can Trust

“Our buying and selling experience with the Small Real Estate Team was far beyond our expectations. They were excellent communicators, and we had no doubt they had our best interests as the primary consideration. They are knowledgeable and professional – at every turn! We were so pleased.”

“Charles and his team were great to work with. We’ve bought several houses over the years but this was our first time working with a builder; they answered questions and insured we were comfortable each step of the way. We love our new home but if the time comes to sell in the future, we will definitely be going back to the Small Real Estate Team.”

“I was very pleased with my agent, SeAnne Gregory. She went above and beyond that which was necessary to make this sale happen. It was a long-distance move for me and I was purchasing a house sight unseen. It all had to be coordinated with my realtor in another state as I closed on both houses at the same time. She did an excellent job. I was very pleased!”
DONNA G.

“Kelsey and the Small team have been incredible! As first-time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and had no idea what to expect from the process. Kelsey was always willing to answer questions, explained our options, and guided us through every step, so we felt like we could make empowered, informed decisions. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident at every step and was willing to think outside the box in finding our perfect home. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or a seasoned home buyer, we couldn’t recommend Kelsey and the Small team more!”
